Abstract

PT Yennn Indo Fresh is a mangosteen export company that has been operating since 2017, but has not implemented optimal inventory control so it often experiences stockouts. The purpose of this research is to identify company inventory management; analyze mangosteen inventory management so that it can be optimized; analyze the effect of mangosteen inventory control on income. The method used is descriptive with the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling (POAC) approach, Min-max and Single period methods. The research results show that the inventory management implemented by PT Yennn Indo Fresh consists of four aspects, namely planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring to ensure the availability of mangosteen according to demand. Optimal inventory control is by determining the amount of inventory to be between 2,100 boxes and 2,400 boxes per week. Inventory control with the Min-max method can increase profits by Rp 64.111.000.
