Abstract

The lack of knowledge of the Women Farmers Group (KWT) regarding the processing of livestock products makes KWT can only process conventional chips, even though the products of livestock in Buniwangi Village are very diverse, such as goat milk. The main problem that occurs is the lack of information related to the processing of livestock products. Therefore, innovative communication such as counseling plays a very important role in the process of disseminating information. One of the innovations in goat milk processing that can be used is goat milk candy. The purpose of the study is to analyze the level of knowledge, attitudes, and skills of KWT in making goat milk candy. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire. The analysis used is descriptive statistics and t tests 25. The results of the study showed that there was a difference in the level of knowledge before and after counseling (sig. 0.000), KWT's attitude towards making goat milk candy was categorized as very agreeable (80%) and agreed (80%). Meanwhile, in terms of skills, they are categorized as skilled (83%) and moderately skilled (17%).
