PENGARUH PEMBERIAN FEED SUPLEMENT UREA MOLASSES BLOCK (UMB) TERHADAP PRODUKSI SUSU SAPI PERAH FH (FRIESIAN HOLSTEIN) DI KECAMATAN CISARUA KABUPATEN BOGOR PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Feed Supplement Urea Molasses Block (UMB) terhadap produksi susu sapi perah jenis FH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian UMB pada ternak sapi perah laktasi selama pengkajian 30 hari dapat menghasilkan tambahan produksi susu 1,67 liter/ekor/hari. Pemberian pakan UMB memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap peningkatan produksi susu sapi perah. Berdasarkan analisis ekonomi dari kedua perlakuan, ternyata perlakuan P1 yang paling menguntungkan adalah pemberian pakan tambahan UMB dengan pendapatan (Output– Input) yaitu sebesar Rp3.123.100,- sedangkan perlakuan P0 yaitu sebesar Rp2.511.700. Titik impas (Break Even Point/BEP) unit produksi antara perlakuan dan kontrol masingmasing P1 Rp1.610/liter dan P0 Rp 1.770,-/liter, sedangkan B/C Ratio perlakuan P1 1,2 dan perlakuan P0 1,0.
