Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui penyelenggaraan penyuluhan di Kabupaten
Bandung pasca diterbitkannya Undang-Undang Sistem Penyuluhan Pertanian, Perikanan dan
Kehutanan (SP3K). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan Oktober 2008 di
Kabupaten Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif
kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan
penyuluhan di Kabupaten Bandung belum dilaksanakan sepenuhnya seperti amanat dalam
Undang-Undang SP3K. Hal ini terutama disebabkan oleh belum diterbitkannya Peraturan
Pemerintah tentang Sistem Penyuluhan yang menjadi acuan provinsi dan kota untuk
menerbitkan Perda Sistem Penyuluhan.
