PERSEPSI PENGGUNA (USERS) TENTANG KEBERADAAN SEKOLAH TINGGI PENYULUHAN PERTANIAN BOGOR DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN PROGRAM DIPLOMA IV DITINJAU DARI ANALISIS KEPENTINGAN DAN KINERJA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa, alumni dan atasan
langsung alumni STPP Bogor terhadap penyelenggaraan program Diploma IV ditinjau dari
analisis kepentingan dan kinerja. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan
November 2007 di STPP Bogor. Responden adalah mahasiswa STPP Bogor tingkat II
sampai dengan IV, alumni yang sudah bekerja dan atasan alumni di wilayah Jawa Barat.
Jumlah responden sebanyak 37 orang mahasiswa tingkat II sampai IV, 8 orang alumni dan 8
orang atasan alumni, sehingga jumlah responden seluruhnya 53 orang. Data yang terkumpul
dianalisis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (Martilla JA, James JC, 1977).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan program DIV STPP Bogor
mempunyai tingkat kepentingan dan manfaat yang tinggi, walaupun unsur-unsur struktur
organisasi dan manajemen (tata pamong), pengelolaan program, suasana akademik dan
sistem jaminan mutu masih rendah sehingga harus ditingkatkan.
