HUBUNGAN ANTARA KOMPENSASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN DENGAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PENYULUHAN PERTANIAN PADA DINAS PERTANIAN KABUPATEN BOGOR JAWA BARAT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompensasi, pengembangan
dan produktivitas kerja penyuluh pertanian. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Dinas Pertanian
Kabupaten Bogor pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2005.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara
kompensasi dengan produktivitas kerja (r = 0,863), pengembangan dengan produktivitas kerja
(r = 0,844) dan gabungan kompensasi dan pengembangan dengan produktivitas kerja (r =
0,892). Implikasinya adalah peningkatan produktivitas kerja penyuluh pertanian di Dinas
Pertanian Kabupaten Bogor dapat dilakukan dengan cara meningkatkan kompensasi,
pengembangan pegawai atau gabungan kompensasi dan pengembangan pegawai.
